CANCELLATION POLICY
Clean Slate has the right to charge 50% of the service for any no-shows & will charge 35% of the service for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late without any notice, it will be considered a cancellation, and you will be charged.
